Sandisk HELP!!!?

Hey I have a sandisk 6-in-1 pc card adapter thats not working. Whenever I put it in it says it needs to be formatted so I do it but it doesn't work. I know its not the computer because Ive tried it on multiple computers.

Is it the card that you are having problems with, or the card reader? It's not clear at all. Have you tried different cards? Have you tried that card in a different reader?
